Capabilities are the means, not the pitch
A dashboard is not valuable because it uses WebSocket. It is valuable because an operator sees a failing string within seconds instead of at the end of the month. Every capability on this page exists to serve an operational outcome in a specific domain.
That is also how we scope work. We start from what has to be true operationally, then choose the smallest technical footprint that makes it true and keeps it maintainable after we hand it over.
