We do not start writing code until we can speak the domain — its physical constraints, operational vocabulary, and failure modes. This grounding means our estimates reflect what the system actually needs to do, not optimistic analogies to past projects.

Who you actually work with
We are a small team of senior engineers, each of whom owns a domain end to end — from data model to the interface the operator reads. Frontend and data or backend specialists work on the same codebase rather than across a handoff boundary. There is no account-manager layer between you and the people writing the code.
