We are a senior engineering studio based in Wroclaw, Poland and Dublin, Ireland, with our heart in Kharkiv, Ukraine. We build the software that sits between industrial hardware and the people who operate it — energy monitoring platforms, EV charging back-ends, video infrastructure, and data-heavy React applications.
Engineering for complex domains
Most of our work involves systems where the data is real-time, the protocols are industrial, and a wrong reading has operational consequences. We have built BESS monitoring platforms that track 90 DC strings across an 18-inverter plant, EV charging back-ends that manage OCPP sessions at scale, and video transcoding pipelines built to the published delivery specifications for major streaming platforms.
This is not accident — it is deliberate focus. Domain knowledge compounds. The second BESS project is faster and better than the first because the protocols, the failure modes and the operational vocabulary are already understood.
We are a small, senior team. We do not scale headcount to win engagements. We take on fewer projects and go deeper on each one.

Domain before code
We do not start writing code until we can speak the domain — its physical constraints, operational vocabulary, and failure modes. This grounding means our estimates reflect what the system actually needs to do, not optimistic analogies to past projects.
Transparency as a default
We share progress before it is polished and surface trade-offs before they are resolved. If a technology choice turns out to be wrong as we learn more, we say so — early correction costs less than late correction.
Built for production from day one
We treat every system as production from its first commit. Environment parity, structured logging and graceful degradation under partial failure are baked in from the start, not added in a cleanup sprint that never quite happens.
Long-term partnership over project completion
A completed project is a milestone, not an outcome. We document decision rationale, build clear extension points, and hand over knowledge that genuinely enables the client's team to continue without us.

Who you actually work with
We are a small team of senior engineers, each of whom owns a domain end to end — from data model to the interface the operator reads. Frontend and data or backend specialists work on the same codebase rather than across a handoff boundary. There is no account-manager layer between you and the people writing the code. When you have a question about the system, you reach the engineer who built it.
